My stay was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making it clear that they had no interest in guest satisfaction. Upon arrival, I found the room to be unclean and poorly maintained, which completely shattered my expectations for a 'luxury' experience. On top of that, I was charged extra for basic services like hot water, which felt like an absolute rip-off. Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.

Room maintenance needs attention!!! Broken shower and faulty lock were disconcerting!!! Unfortunately, the pool area felt cramped and finding a lounge chair was a frustrating challenge!!!

This was just a solid selection for a hurried visit in Netanya with fantastic value for money. The staff, especially Tony, were attentive and accommodating during a noisy wedding event. For a quiet stay, ask for a room away from the main event spaces.

Comfortable room, beautiful atmosphere, with excellent service thanks to Vered, the helpful manager who made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. A delicious breakfast and a fantastic outdoor swimming pool to relax by after exploring the area.
